Raspberry, Chia & coconut slice. I made this for a friend recently. There's a tiny bit of sugar in the biscuit base and that's it. The raspberry jam is made by cooking raspberries with chia seeds. The chia thickens the jam up and it tastes amazing! 😋
Pumpkin soup
Our pumpkins are ready and Pumpkin soup seemed like the right recipe to start with. I added a few spoons of Massaman curry paste to pump up the spice, pepitas and sunflower seeds for texture, trace minerals and EFA's. I stirred through a spoon of coconut milk per bowl for creaminess. Add this version to your repertoire, it was delicious!
