We only need a tiny amount of Iodine compared to other nutrients but it's sooo important. Food sources include seaweed, fish such as tuna and cod, prawns, eggs, lima beans and prunes. For Mums to be, please make sure your Natal multi has 200-300 micrograms of Iodine to ensure your baby's healthy growth and development.
