#foodiefriday Lamb Ragu with braised garlic, broccoli, cauliflower & brussel sprouts, with quinoa on the side. We make extra Ragu for a quick midweek meal. Quinoa is gluten-free and high in fibre, trace minerals and protein. Perfect winter fare 😋
